Monday Lunch Grilled Cheese sandwiches and baked fries
Dinner Chicken and Rice, rolls and salad

Tuesday Lunch Soup
Dinner Black Bean Soup, warm tortillas and Spanish rice

Wednesday Lunch Quesadilla
Dinner Spaghetti, French bread and salad

Thursday Lunch Turkey hot dogs and baked beans
Dinner Ladies Fellowship

Friday Lunch Pitas and fresh fruit
Dinner Chicken nuggets, baked tater wedges and green beans

Saturday Lunch left overs
Dinner Pizza and salad

Sunday Lunch Pulled Pork on Kaiser rolls
Dinner Vegetable Soup and rolls


Pulled Pork in Crockpot

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle of coke
1 (18 ounce) bottle your favorite barbecue sauce
8 hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted

DIRECTIONS
Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour the coke over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours. Note: the actual length of time may vary according to individual slow cooker. Drain well. Stir in barbecue sauce. Serve over hamburger buns.

pulled pork in the crockpot is on my menu this week too! I have never used coke before but I bet that makes it nice and tender and adds a hint of sweetness. Might give it a try!
